If your oxalis seeds have not grown after 2 weeks of potting/receiving it, kindly send us a non close up picture and describe the way you have been watering it, so we can check that all conditions have been met.
If all conditions have been met but the seeds didn’t grow, we will send you some new seeds.
Less than or 14 days from the date you received:
Kindly provide us with non close up photos of the plant so we can see how sunlight is falling on it, as well as describe the way you have been watering it. If all conditions were met but the plant is still unhealthy, we will replace the plant for you.

You may purchase the plastic pot version as it already comes with some soil, and top up for yellow rocks if you wish to cover the top layer. Then you may replace it following our instructional video in the comfort of your own home. Or you may bring it down to us (repotting charges apply).

No 2 plants look alike and sometimes the plant you received might look different from the one in the picture.
For online sales, we usually dispatch the best looking plants we have, so returns and exchanges are not allowed.
If you wish to select the plant, you can come down to our shop during operating hours to select the plant personally.

However, please note the plants will be placed back onto the shelves by 5pm on the same day, so prompt responses on shopee chat will be much appreciated. The plants in the photos are also not reserved and open for walk-in customers so if you like any of them, we’d recommend purchasing them asap.
