Information on each shipping method

0-2 working days (Working Days=Mon to Fri exc PH)

• Only valid with min spend of $150 before shipping
• Delivery by car between 9am-6pm, for all 7 days a week, including PH
• Kindly indicate in the calendar at checkout page the preferred delivery date, and please give us at least 1 working day to prepare your order
• Please indicate under “order notes” where to leave parcel if recipient is not at home
• Free delivery is not available for L and XL sized plants (sizes 6-10).

0-2 Working Days (Working days=Mon to Fri exc PH)

• Kindly indicate in the calendar at checkout page the preferred pickup date, and please give us at least 1 working day to prepare your order
• We’ll leave the item outside our shop if we’re not in during your pick up slot. But not to worry that parcel will be lost because the area is heavily monitored by CCTV.

4-5Working Days (Mon to Fri exc PH=working days)

• Delivery by Qxpress courier will be between 8am to 11pm, depending on island wide volume of parcels
• Parcels with office addresses will be delivered within working hours
• Only suitable for items which doesn’t have to be kept upright, and won’t be damaged when shipped in a box (e.g. certain plants, fertilizers, watering tools, gardening tools, soil mix, grow lights, gardening mats)
• This option is also available for certain plants e.g. small ones which we can pack in a box. Normally for such cases, our youtube video will contain instructions for you to pot your plant upon receiving it.

This applies for L sized plants which can be placed in the backseat of a car. 

This applies for XL sized plants which can only be sent in a van, not a car.
