Plant Quality

The plant you received will not look exactly like the one in the photo, as no two plants are the same. You are buying a plant of the same species but not the same plant.

If you experience some leaf tears/holes, broken stems, brown/yellow leaves, dried flowers, these are perfectly normal. We hope you understand plants are living things so it’s not possible for them to look perfect all the time. But rest assured we will do our best to deliver the healthiest plants to you. If they look wrinkled, it may be a sign of dehydration. Simply water and they should plump up.

Delivery

Kindly note that you won’t be able to specify a time due to other deliveries in the pipeline. If you wish to receive the item personally, please input an address whereby there will be someone at home.

If not, please indicate in the delivery notes box at checkout where we should leave the item(s) if nobody is at home.

If the wrong delivery address was provided, the same delivery charges will apply to resend the item.
